Direct Support

We offer direct support online using remote control software. This allows us to view your desktop and fix your problems without the need for a service call. From software installation to system problems to online tutorials, we can help you out. And if your problem can't be resolved online, we can still come to you to correct your issues. Follow these easy steps to get started.

• If no technician is currently online, please schedule a session online or call 903-570-1962.
• Download Direct Support Client
• When asked to Run/Open or Save this file, click Run/Open (if prompted again after download, click Run)
• Doubleclick on the connection specified by your support tech.
• Your support tech will be connected and your session will begin.

* There is no security threat to your system by installing this software. It will automatically uninstall when your session is over or if no connection is made.
